What are doing both Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez ?

They'll always have Mexico — and Miami, London, NYC and L.A. Turns out the problems of two little people don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday we'll understand that.

It's understandable if you thought Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez had already broken up, given the report earlier this summer that the two had parted ways.

After a year back together, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez have ended their romance. "They broke up recently," a source close to the Yankee slugger, 36, confirms to Us Weekly.

"She is very busy with her career," the source says of "Bad Teacher" actress Diaz, 39. "And he's had injuries and wants to focus on his game. They're dedicated professionals."

And now People.com is reporting the news, too, saying:"They are broken up right now," adding: "They are still very close. There was always a certain magic between them." Awww.

Accordingly, don't expect any drama in the wake of their split. "They're still very friendly and like each other," the source says. "(They have) an enormous amount of respect for each other."

Brooklyn Decker was hackled by journalists

Newcomer Brooklyn Decker, who recently performed and starred alongside Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler in the comedy feature "Just Go With It," was hackled by journalists at the U.S. Open this week.

The 24-year-old model was on hand to cheer on her husband, tennis star Andy Roddick. At one point, a group of reporters gained aggressive with Decker, yelling repeatedly for her to "hurry up and get on the bus," mistaking her for a member of the press and thinking she was keeping them from getting on the last media bus.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model noted this weekend that security at the tennis competition had gotten more serious leading up to the 10th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

Decker got married to Roddick in 2009. The tennis player's U.S. Open run ended on Friday after he lost three sets to Spanish player Rafael Nadal.

"A bit of a shift in mood at the Open today," Decker wrote on Twitter on Friday. "Officers in helmets carrying fully automatic weapons. Good to see they're taking precaution."

Decker will return to the big screen in "Battleship," where she stars alongside Liam Neeson, Alexander SkarsgĂ„rd, Taylor Kitsch and Rihanna."Battleship" is slated for release on May 18, 2012.

The film, which is based off of the best-selling nonfiction pregnancy guidebooks, is currently filming and is slated for release on May 11, 2012.

She will also appear in "What to Expect When You're Expecting," opposite Cameron Diaz, Elizabeth Banks, Anna Kendrick and Jennifer Lopez.
