Pop star Justin Bieber's paternity claims may be never solve.The maybe-mama who claims Justin Bieber fathered her infant son desperately wants a DNA test – just not the one Bieber initiated last week, her lawyer claimed Wednesday.

About the present situation,Chicago lawyer Jeffery Leving said it’s true he's yet to provide any evidence of Mariah Yeater's alleged close encounter with the Canadian crooner. Still, the single San Diego, Calif. mom deserves the right to meet Bieber with her baby and lawyers present and watch while he gets his cheek swabbed, he said.

Maybe,The Lawyer didn't trust the DNA test of the Teen Star and pop singer Justin Bieber .So, Jeffery Leving said..“I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” . “As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody.”

He claimed his side now is communicating with Bieber’s lawyer Howard Weitzman.

Justin Lawyer Weitzman repeatedly has denied to comment, but a Bieber source told that Yeater is a fraud who’s trying to extend her 15 minutes of fame by drawing out the DNA test as long as possible.

Justin Bieber who is 17 years old  has said repeatedly he’s never met Yeater – much less engaged in unprotected, backstage sex with her.

Chicago lawyer Jeffery Leving said Yeater, 20, has been receiving death threats, and he argued that Bieber’s celebrity could interfere with the test’s legitimacy – even if the sample was collected at a respected lab with a track record in the legal community.

He said he believes text message attributed to Yeater that name another man as the possible father were “spoofed.”He vowed to keep helping Yeater even if DNA clears Bieber. 

Many young of all over the world are loving to Justin Bieber and his performances.So, their are wished the paternity is not Bieber.It's another guys.But, Justin have to prove the paternity claim is false and he is really innocent.

A believable  source revealed that Selena Gomez has dumped heartthrob and sweetest  boyfriend Justin Bieber over the paternity suit filed against him in California.

 The small couple of the world had been an item for about eight months; however Gomez, 19, apparently decided there was no future in standing by her man even though Bieber "insisted to Selena that the woman's allegations are simply not true," said a trustful source close to the couple.

Justin Bieber has been accused of being the father of a San Diego County woman's 3-month-old son. The woman, 20-year-old Maria Yeater, claims Bieber impregnated her during a backstage encounter.

Yeater has asked a court to compel him to take a paternity test. Obviously, Bieber has denied the allegations.

The trustful source told that "His camp is in damage control mode and attempting to convince her to stick around in the relationship for a few more weeks, because they fear it will be seen as an admission that something indeed took place between Justin and the woman who is alleging that he's the father of her baby".
