Miss Venezuela wins Miss World crown 2011 in LONDON

Miss Venezuela, Ivian Sarcos, was crowned the 2011 winner of the Miss World beauty pageant on Sunday at a glittering final ceremony in London.

How nice she! Wearing a pink dress with diamante studs that had a giant cascade of frills slashed below the waist, the 22-year-old gasped and threw her hands to her face as she was declared the winner.

Miss World told AFP that- "I felt the most gorgeous woman in the world. I was so happy and I wanted to shout, to cry, to stand still and to smile. So many emotions".

She also said that- "I'm incredibly happy for this moment, for this opportunity and for winning and I'm grateful with my life."

Miss Philippines, Gwendoline Gaelle Sandrine Ruais, was named the runner-up, while Miss Puerto Rico, Amanda Victoria Vilanova Perez, came third.

Sarcos Colimenares, 22, who works for a broadcasting company and has a degree in human resources, gasped and threw her hands to her face as she was announced the winner.

Some 113 beauty queens from Albania to Zimbabwe took their place on the stage, with the show being broadcast live to an estimated audience of more than one billion viewers in 150 countries.

The pageant was first held for the 1951 Festival of Britain and was staged in London until 1989.

Former contestants include Oscar-winning US actress Halle Berry, a 1986 finalist, and 1994 winner Aishwarya Rai, the Indian movie star.

In keeping with the tradition, the Miss World flag was passed on to the next host country, which is the City of Ordos in Mongolia, China.

Justin Bieber has denied the allegations of paternity

A believable  source revealed that Selena Gomez has dumped heartthrob and sweetest  boyfriend Justin Bieber over the paternity suit filed against him in California.

 The small couple of the world had been an item for about eight months; however Gomez, 19, apparently decided there was no future in standing by her man even though Bieber "insisted to Selena that the woman's allegations are simply not true," said a trustful source close to the couple.

Justin Bieber has been accused of being the father of a San Diego County woman's 3-month-old son. The woman, 20-year-old Maria Yeater, claims Bieber impregnated her during a backstage encounter.

Yeater has asked a court to compel him to take a paternity test. Obviously, Bieber has denied the allegations.

The trustful source told that "His camp is in damage control mode and attempting to convince her to stick around in the relationship for a few more weeks, because they fear it will be seen as an admission that something indeed took place between Justin and the woman who is alleging that he's the father of her baby".

'In the Land of Blood and Honey' and Angelina Jolie

Last year, Angelina Jolie was busy filming her directorial debut for her upcoming film “In the Land of Blood and Honey”. Hitting theaters on December 23 just in time for Oscar season (smart lady), “In the Land of Blood and Honey” is a Romeo and Juliet story set during the Bosnian War in the ’90s which a Muslim woman and a Serbian man fall in love. The film also illustrates the consequences of the lack of political will to intervene in a society stricken with conflict.

We have added the first trailer for Angelina Jolie's feature film directorial debut, "In the Land of Blood and Honey." The film focuses on a forbidden romance set during the 1990's Bosnian war.

Jolie added, “The former Yugoslavia has a rich history of dramatic arts. The cast was extraordinary. I was privileged and honored to work with them and I am very excited for everyone to see their immense talent.”

Written and directed by Angelina Jolie, the film stars Rade Serbedzija, Nikola Djuricko, Branko Djuric, Zana Marjanovic and an entire cast of locals to the Balkan's area.

"In the Land of Blood and Honey" is released across the US from December 23rd.The film stars Zana Marjanovic (“Snow”), Goran Kostic and Rade Serbedzija (“In the Rain”). Jolie worked with a completely local cast, filming the project in both Serbo-Croation, the language spoken at the time of the war, and English.

Angelina Jolie's "In the Land of Blood and Honey" is a story of how human relationships and behavior are deeply affected by living on different sides of war.
