Pop star Justin Bieber Takes Paternity Test on Friday

The claims of paternity of Justin Bieber going to be solve in shot time.Justin Bieber is a man of his word. After promising he would take a DNA test when a paternity suit was brought against him, A believable source reports the pop star took on Friday night at a lab in New Jersey.

The pop star, 17, reportedly went to a lab to take the test under "very controlled circumstances," and now Yeater, 20, just has to provide DNA from her child.

Bieber and his team have maintained that the 17-year-old is not the father of 3-month-old Trystan. E! News reports that there is no timeframe for when Yeater must provide a DNA sample.

Bieber had no comment on the paternity but A source told that the singer planned to submit DNA last Friday.

Although Yeater's lawsuit was dropped last week, her new team of lawyers says she still wanted to pursue her claim outside the courtroom.

Chicago-based attorney Jeffrey M. Leving, previously told that  he was negotiating with Bieber's counsel to reach a confidentiality agreement to get private testing and results.

The team Justin Bieber has already stated that they will "vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions."

Mariah Yeater alleged In the suit, that Bieber, who is currently dating fellow pop star Selena Gomez, lost his virginity to her backstage at an L.A. tour stop. The drama is further complicated by their age gap: In the state of California, the age of consent is 18, and Bieber would have been 16 at the time of the alleged sexual encounter.

Justin Bieber confidently said  "I know that I'm going to be a target," he also added  two days after the suit was filed, "but I'm never going to be a victim."

The American actress who is19 years old, she told TV talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres, "I have been [all right], yeah," when DeGeneres asked how the singer-actress has been holding up over the "crazy two weeks . . . [the suit has] been in the news."

The case filed by Mariah Yeater, who claimed Bieber fathered her 3-month-old baby, was dismissed last week. Bieber and his reps have denied the woman's claims from the start.

Actually the case is not easy to solve early. However,Selena added with his answer "It's good to just kind of...be good and It's not easy."

The main history of the claim is Mariah Yeater, 20, had filed suit Oct. 31 alleging that a tryst backstage after a 2010 Bieber concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles led to the birth July 6 of her son. Justin Bieber Paternity Case Withdrawn; DNA Test Still On

Justin Beiber
Justin Bieber's paternity case is now very difficult that, an attorney  for a woman who claims Justin Bieber is the father of her baby boy said Wednesday that her lawsuit has been withdrawn as both camps wait for the singer to take a paternity test.

The Associated Press the suit filed in San Diego Superior Court by Mariah Yeater who is 20 years old, was recently removed without prejudice told Lawyer Jeffrey Leving. However, the lawsuit could be refiled at a later date. A hearing set for Dec. 15 has been canceled. He also said "This case was never dismissed. It can be refiled today or tomorrow". "We are trying to settle this matter out of court with Bieber's camp."

Actually the history is  Yeater claims she had just turned 19 when she and Bieber, then 16, had a brief sexual encounter after one of the singer's concerts last fall in a backstage backroom at Los Angeles' Staples Center.

But Bieber has said he's never met Yeater and has denied allegations that he fathered Yeater's son who was born in July.

Justin Bieber still  intends to submit to a paternity test in the coming weeks."As we have said from the beginning, it's sad that someone would fabricate such a malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claim," Hiltzik said. "We'll continue to consider all of our options to protect Justin."

The woman Yeater has not come forward with any trustful evidence to prove Bieber is the father, but her lawyer insist the paternity test will prove he has a son.

Lawyer Jeffrey Leving confidently said "I will state right now it's better that it's handled out of court which is in the best interests of everybody".

Now exciting matter is Yeater had to change her cellphone number because of threats made upon her, and she was recently harassed by someone who videotaped her as she was walking in a park with her son, Leving said. A private detective has been hired to investigate the threats, but Leving declined to comment on whether Yeater has reached out to police.

The lawyer  Leving believes both camps will sign a confidentiality agreement that will keep the paternity results private, but he realizes that scenario may not be possible .Also he certainly said that "Hopefully the case can come to a safe and healthy conclusion".

Now what do think about Justin Bieber's paternity case?Is it a true case?
